Nordic modular houses

The order completion time is counted from the contract signing date.

Estimated completion times:

• 25 m² house — up to 8 weeks;

• 40 m² house — up to 10 weeks;

• 50 m² house — up to 12 weeks.

The exact completion time is specified in the contract, considering the chosen model, configuration, and project load during the period.

Payment is made in several stages:

• 50% — advance payment upon contract signing;

• 40% — interim payment after 5 weeks;

• 10% — after signing the acceptance-transfer act.

This payment procedure ensures the start of production, material ordering, and gradual project execution.

We provide a warranty for both the house structure and finishing works:

• structure — 10 years;

• external and internal finishing — 3 years.

Warranty terms are detailed in the contract.

Most often, these types of houses use:

• screw piles; 

• concrete posts; 

• strip foundations; 

• block foundations;

The foundation solution is chosen based on soil conditions, plot terrain, house model, and client preferences. It's advisable to assess the plot's technical conditions before construction.

Currently, our house models come with a pre-designed and well-thought-out layout, so changes to room and window placement are not made.

Each project is created to ensure maximum ergonomic space use, convenient daily use, and visually balanced architecture.
